The Challenge


Grimsey have been a longstanding client of Enspire. Prior to becoming an Enspire client, the firm were after an IT partner that had the capability to fully manage their IT across multiple premises, provide expert advice and strategies to engage in relevant and latest technology. Overall, Grimsey required a partner to enhance their systems and processes to run as efficient as possible. Enspire were the one that stood out in providing Grimsey with “peace of mind” when it came to their ICT environment.

The Solution

It was Enspire’s managed services’ reputation that attracted Grimsey. Enspire provide a full managed service with premium support and complete management of Grimsey’s IT environment. A key factor that stood out for Grimsey was Enspire’s constant engagement by having a dedicated point of contact complimented by regular site visits. Currently, Grimsey are looking to further develop their business efficiency. With expert advice from the Enspire team, Grimsey have agreed to migrate from traditional on premise infrastructure to a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) model.  A service that will allow the Grimsey team to further enhance their Xero software performance and capability, experience less downtime and greater speeds and ultimately, adopt latest technologies.
